Amy Winehouse might be a hard act to follow musically, but her personal style was so cartoon-graphic that it loans itself easily to carbon copies. Jean Paul Gaultier proved as much today with his latest show. The beehive, the eye makeup, the beauty spot, the clothes with their tarty fifties flavor, like the gang leader's girlfriend in a teens-running-wild exploitation pic—all these were present and incorrect on Gaultier's couture catwalk. Wait, couture? The last refuge of everything that is rare, precious, and beautiful in the world of fashion? And Amy Winehouse, resolute wearer of baby-boy-size Fred Perry polo shirts?

Elie saabs couture show was truly beutiful fairytale. He showed full-skirted party frocks and slim evening gowns in a rainbow of pastel shades, nearly all of them sparkly!! this dress where heavenly light and flowed so beautiful apart from the stunning finale hey gown worn by toni garrn elie saabs bride for the second season now! All through the show i was thinking princess or the modern day equivalent CELEBRITY. Elie saabs true runway is the red carpet and from the looks of this collection the ocars will overflowing with these fabulous elie saab gowns. the  dresses are shiny, uncomplicated, and easy to digest prefect for any celerity. He included one print, an oversize botanical, but it looked like an afterthought amid all that pink, peach, yellow, mint green, and baby blue. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!

One hundred fifty shades of blue. the collection was scarcely the futurist extravaganza that such a setup promised. The key point in the presentation was a new fashion attitude. It's the sort of lip service notion to which designers often tip their caps, but in Lagerfeld's case, he delivered. How? By elongating his proportion even lower than dropped waist to thigh-top, so that when the models walked with their hands tucked in slash pockets, they looked, the designer said, "like boys whose jeans are slipping off." The boy/girl thing is a Chanel staple, and Lagerfeld has found a contemporary exemplar in Alice Dellal, who today was placed in the peculiar position of watching dozens of women styled to look just like her parading past her front-row perch. Think of stretched-out necks and pushed-up sleeves on sweatshirts and you've got other key components of the silhouette. Who couldn't love this collection it had an enchanting futuristic and old presence about it, and all that blue is so refreshing and sometime edgy and cool. For spring Karl took to below the sea to unravel its magnificent beauty, now high as taken us to the sky on a journey i want to see again and again.

Giambatista valli's couture collection provoked elegance and regalness with delightful lace and very ladylike silhouettes ,VERY COUTURE SILHOUETTES. The collection opened with several clean and gracful 50s like white looks and progressed into pink very feminie and then burst into a fabulous arey of color for its evening wear. Bright pink gowns ,large floral print making very dramatic statment. someone pointed out to me classic ungaro where giambatista once worked. i difenetly saw that colourful and lively ungaro sprit in the gowns and the rest of the collection a more 50s regal elegant image. I certainly enjoyed this collection   full of couture magic and fun but also elegance and refinement

Diors couture collection was absolutely divine. it was very 50s very simple and very chic. it was mainly a palette of black, white, grey but there were delicious dashes of red and purple witch gave the collection more va va voom. The collection took its stride in pretty nostalgic 50s dresses but I was at times blown away by several gowns which where really DIVINE!!! my favorite was a large ruffled grey, black, white gown which was so dramatic and was so stunning. I found the simple and very chic hair prefect for THE LOOK. it was classic dior but it certainly was not galliano dior it played down the avant garde fun and went for a more simple and chic collection which is so bill.  This couture collection was alot more polished and confident and is a definite sucess. BRAVO DIVINE! what did you think??????

The main focus for Alexis Mabilles's haute couture collection was the very vivid rose head piece in all the colors of the rainbow. I HATED THE ORANGE!!!!!!!!!. Where these headpieces a aid to the couture gowns or were they a eye soar that took away from the clothes. You either hate them or you love them what's your opinion? The clothes mostly took there stride in the evening department the more shorter cocktail dresses were a bit more don't than do. I hated the first look especially a vivid pink satin dress or a gruesome orange gown accompanied by a gruesome orange flower on her head. I think the donts might have over weighed the does here but i did enjoy the finale look. a metallic gown with lace trimmings it made quite a pretty statement also the blue gown pictured had a feminine and light feel to it witch i enjoyed.

Today Versace showed a maverlous collection of stunning couture gowns. from silver to yellow to green to a firey orange the collection showed stunning sequence and lace. As each silver sequence laced gown stepped down that golden stair case my heart stopped in ture wonder of these fabulous gowns. My favourate gown was the second lok from the show worn by Daria strokous it was a fabulous grey silver color and was glazed with lace and sequence. I LOVED the sexy golden bronze embellished dresses the were very powerful a women needs confidence to pull that look off.i definitely think a powerful and beautiful women as on donetellas mind. Versace have gown from low budget line for H&M to the chic and beautiful stage of haute couture clothing that coast as much as a house and she has done it in sexy and a glamourous style . do you agree?
