Gucci opened milan fashion week with an amazing collection which was quite dark and very intriguing!!! The collection had bohemian and romantic silhouettes which were so dramatic!!! Velvet was a major aspect of this collection also was dark tones and long flowing silhouettes. The floral velvet print dresses in black and maroon were very cute and very sexy. The gucci women in this collection may have been wearing covered up looks but was still very sexy and desirable!!!! There were divine florals yellow and blue that were vivid and gave the looks more depth. The only real color in this collection was in the vivid green velevet dress that gleamed with beuty and glamour also did the amazing feather pieces they were very glossy and shiny and quite alluring!!! The final flowing black gowns i found to be enchanting forest women that were free,beutiful and very powerful and sexy!!!! These gowns were so major the flowed so beutifully and there small sequnce embrodered details light up the cat walk!!!! This collection was so major everything was simple amazing the velevt, floral everday looks which had a bohemian edge to the sexy and glamours sheer,sequnce,feather and fabulous moving evening looks. I still just need a moment to process one of my favourate gucci collections

The super star that is mary katrantzou didn't only show one of the best shows this london fashion week but one of the best shows we have seen so far. As always with Mary Katrantzou its quite hard to explain as her prints are so complex and beautiful. This is it broke down the prints were inspired by everyday objects include cutlery,vintage telephone,type writer, dress hangers and beautiful regal garden landscapes!!!! Sure a type writer or a vintage telephone may not be everyday items but thats were it had its theatrical and period quality also in the garden landscapes they were quite manor house period!!!! The tones were beautiful and light including divine blues, the silhouettes were flowing and structured!!!! Mary collaborated with French couture embroider leage is this a hint that she may be leaving london for the stage more suited for her PARIS!!! There is certainly o reason why not as she is truly at the top of her game!!! There were great knits that had a little embroider also there where really cute structured dresses which are really great pieces to own next fall!!!

When i heard that McQ a lower budget alexander mc queen line was going to show in london i didn't think much of it i expected a small presentation. How wrong i was. Mc queen came to conquer they produced a lavish enchanted forest show space with a star studded front row and amazing clothes to match. The show opened with tough military coats and large leather boots the collection got more sweet but still had a dark edge!!!! The tough coats coat a sequence leaf print and preppy plaids made appearances it was that mixture that created a tough femininity look!!! Then there were truley enchanted floral dresses that were bright and full of beuty and life!!!! Then there were several stunning evening dresses that were quite like the ones sarah showed in the mc queen pre fall collection,they had a leaf print one was dark the other was a show stopping majestic white!!!!! TRULY MAGICAL AND BEU
" Burberry is the show everyone comes to london for" i couldent agree more with this statment as burberry knows how to put on a show!!!! For the past few seasons now burberry as built from the ground up a fabulous catwalk and ivites the best stars for its front row this season there were lots of stars such as will-i-am,rosie hufington,mario testino,pixie geldoff,poppy delevigne,will young,kate brosworth the list is endless!!!! The atmosphere at a burberry show is amzing every thing from the runway to the a listers to the hand selected music you dont stop singing for weeks and the amazing fashion. The theme for the colelction was town and country and merging the to of them we also say this at the tommy hilfiger show in new york!!! The english country is becoming a major trend this season desingers such as rag and bone,tommy hilfiger and ralph lauren were inspired by the english country. The show had as always at burberry amazing coats there was the classic trench this time with a plaid peplum flare, tweed coats,velvet coats which i die for!!!! The show opened with very country looks which were styled with period farmers tweed hats that really painted a picture of the english country .There were fabulous oversized utilitarian pockets which made for a very adventurer look which was quite rural and country also the amazing florals at the end of the show painted the picture of a quint english garden and the dresses were really cute. The coats and dresses had widened hips and were belted with elasticated leather bow belt which made a very cute look and defined the waist and the silhouette. There were great seperate pieces which are prefect for your fall wardroe the cute cropped jackets,fabulous ruffled skirts,very cute and quirky animal print t shirts,and the accessories are just amazing leather studded gloves,cute ankle boots and amazing bags which are a great luxry purchase!!!! Pelplum was major it appered in many looks giving them more volume and a chicness to them!!!! The cropped jackets,coats and peplum skirts were my favorite sperates in this collection as they are very diverse and look amazing on almost anything. I think a major investment i'm gonna make next fall is for one of those burberry coats which are so timeless and can make any outfit look so amazing. The final look was a heart stopping moment!!!! it was a velvet coat with a great ruffle and quilted seam it was belted and looked amazing!!!!! i thought what's going to top this and christopher must have thought so to as it closed an amazing show!!!!! The grand final was another amazing burberry moment outside of the runway water began to sink down the windows and a rain sound affect was heard then floating white confetti was released and the models came out all with a umbrella which is so burberry as they did it last year and at the mens shows!!!!! This collection was so major my london highlight as always!!! I simple ADORE!!!!!!
Last season erdem became a great success thanks to its spring collection suddenly everyone was wearing and talking about erdem!!!! This season i don't think topped last season wonderful performance but it was still a satisfactory and pleasing collection. For such a young designer to be a great successes at showing very classy and regal looks which are oh so elegant and graceful. This collection again was all about the very pretty and feminine florals and lace!!!! The prints this time were more vivid and exciting!!!! The show opened with a dark purple and black dress and closed with the only gown which was a dark blue lace and floral gown with a 50s feel, this is all very deferent from last season delicate yellows,whites nudes and light blues!!!! The designer stayed true to the brands ladylike DNA but this season it was edger if erdem could be edgy it was ladylike like edge!!!! To sum up PRETTY PRINTS!!!!!
Christopher Kane is another one of those stand out designers of london and also he is still quite new like most of the British designers i know cant get enough of (Jonathan saunders,mary kay,erdem,peter pilotto) the first collection i saw of his was spring 2011 and 3 season's later he is showing one of the best collections of london fashion week!!!!!The show opened with very tough striped looked that were quite menacing and reminded me of prison uniforms,the white and black stripes!!!! The collection then got a whole lot more christopher very sleek little black dresses with a cool neck and waist line. The highlight of this collection for me are the amazing fabulous blue and red metallic spacey dresses with leather accents!!! There so cute,wearable,cool and even very chic if styled correctly!!!! You don't really see animal print at christopher kane so i was quite surprised by a cute purple animal print look which i found really fabulous,that tank to could look amazing with anything and would really spice up your wardrobe also the skirt would look a lot more cool and fabulous compared to a regular animal print which can be seen as trashy!!!There was a tough femininity vibe in this collection which can be seen in the last few looks, a really feminine floral with tough black leather gives it that edge. I dye for this collection another great success with so much great pieces metallic cute dresses,purple animal print, tough feminine floral dresses!!!! i will certainly be seeing absolutely everyone wearing this collection next fall!!!!!!
The antonio beradi fall collection was very structured,sleek,polished and glamourous!!!! The show opened with very tailored grey pieces with excited bright reds the hair was very strict and polished and so were the clothes. There were great metallic silver pieces with hints of bright blues very tailored and fun. The evening wear showed several stunning white gowns with textural embroideries,sheer and movement. There were also cute lace dresses in refreshing white and chic black. Peplum was a major theme in the collection, it really defined the waist and made a very cool and sleek silhouette. The final looks were stunning shimmering silver sequence!!!!!! There were several long sequence skirts cute cocktail look and the final gown which was a heavenly strapless pleat silver sequence gown!!!! AMAZING!!!!
