Look of the day to day is a mens tailored english country downton look. This look is very theatrical with top hat and cane but broken down its a cute and preppy coat that could look modern and cool styled with the right dress. Also the plaid pants could look preppy and cool its all in breaking down and styling and this is the look of the day because its fun and theatrical has on trend features and broken there are really cute pieces.

Look of the moment today is a more sweet and simple look which a star like michelle can easily pull of. She is wearing a sweet feminine and pretty valentino dress in a beautiful pink tone with simple nude heels at a Japanese press conference for my week with Marilyn. This is the prefect look for such an occasion and is a pretty and pleasing outfit which michelle really brings to life!
Every season the valentino show has now become the show were you will find the best chic couture standard ready wear and evening looks and this season was no different maybe even pushing it to another level. The collection had a dark romantic noir vibe the looks were all so chic with a international persona there was an Italian women,a french women and a russian women these three women have became the iconic look of the modern valentino france,italy and russia= chic fabulous valentino collection. There were the classic valentino colors red,black and white each very powerful and very beautiful the black looks were very noir and dark which was very alluring a sexy the white looks were innocent and a more fragile character with such a romantic allure and then there were the glamourous and empowering valentino reds all these colors made for a different persona but all was very valentino all very chic. There was such an attention to detail and master tailoring in the ready wear looks which can make a women feel so special and feel good to say "its a valentino" i could see those fabulous capes,coats and skirts all major pieces next fall all with a very un minimalist minimalism! There was something new and interesting to look at this season a russian print which was very rural and new for valentino gave the women a folksy looks which is another major theme. It was chic folk meets chic noir!!! The evening was to dye for the best i have seen since last fall heavenly sparkling gowns which were so elegant and graceful and the craftsmanship that was involved in making them again makes it just a little more special!! Chic black and silver shimmering embroidered gowns are always fun to see at valentino and so were there fabulous accessories, There were major sleek bags in black leather with were studded creating powerful cool and very sleek look, the shoes were very simple and easy to wear they will go with anything and give the look a more chic feel.there were also chic gloves and small mini little clutches which could barely carry a tic tac but are so cute and chic. Overall this was another fabulous very tailored elegant chic and intriguing valentino collection i will enjoy seeing more off!!!!
Valentino under designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Picciol has found its own voice throughout the years and spring 2012 haute couture is no exception with a collection of demure romanticism. This season showcased florals, lace, and crystal embellished bodices, all made with the utmost attention to detail. Like many shows this haute couture season, the color palette was light–showcasing silvers, powdery blue and rosy pink for a feminine touch.
But it was Marie Antoinette role-playing in her little farm on the grounds of Versailles who provided the collection's ambience. The first model seemed to arrive in the salons of the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild on a breath of cool country air. Sprigged flower prints covered almost everything. An antique fabric alchemy transformed taffeta into equally antique-looking blurred floral chaîne. The sense of precious old artisanship was also evident in the swirling bouilloné decoration. The volumes were diaphanous, bucolic, like the cloud of point d'esprit scattered with organza lace cutouts. The designers sought a "deep lightness." It was beautifully exemplified in dresses with up to five layers of lace and organza.

MONDAY sees the return of Couture Fashion Week for spring/summer 2012, and with them comes another couture return: Atelier Versace. Donatella hasn't showcased anywhere but the red carpet since January 2004. After Versace's opener, the day sees a mix of the old and new of the couture world take to the catwalk. Two of the fashion house's newest additions; Alexis Mabille and Giambattista Valli, show on Monday; as does one of couture's institutions - Christian Dior - still with Bill Gaytten at the helm. Only his second collection since taking over as creative director, it could scarcely receive a more robust critical panning than his first, but his ready-to-wear line in October fared much better, so perhaps summer is his season.
Tuesday brings out the big guns: chanel, givenchy and giorgio armani Privé - as well as couture's "Modern Knight", Stéphane Rolland, who promises his show's bride will be a surprise worth waiting for.
Valentino and Jean Paul Gaultier promise to thrill us on Wednesday: with fun, frivolity and fabulous models . One thing is for sure: when dresses that cost more than a house are worn by the world's most beautiful women the pictures are always worth a look. I can barely contain myself with excitementt!! you can see all the magic unfold here quite a big task for the first few days of my blog but i think i will survive and show beautiful gowns and parisenne street style. also the couture shows means partys hosted by valentino or chanel defiantly the chicest time of the year.
As we speak the paresinne ateliars are busy with fittings and finishing touches , fashionistas are being flown from all round the world to see the shows and to look great on the front rows and at the parties.
